The Polyester Endless Round Sling is a textile lifting sling designed for professional load handling operations. It is manufactured from 100% high-tenacity polyester (PES) with a protective sleeve and supplied in a continuous loop configuration.

Manufactured in accordance with EN 1492-2 with a Safety Factor 7:1, this sling is supplied with documented conformity and certification references including Certificate of Conformity, CE certification, TÜV Rheinland certification, and ISO 9001 quality management documentation for the applicable product scope. Final sling selection must always be based on the load weight, lifting method, angle of use, connection arrangement, working environment, and the information shown on the sling label.

Product Introduction

Endless round slings are textile lifting accessories used for lifting, positioning, and handling loads in industrial environments. The continuous loop design allows the contact area to be changed between uses, which may help distribute wear more evenly when the sling is correctly selected, inspected, and used.

The protective sleeve helps protect the internal load-bearing yarns from normal external wear. It does not eliminate all risks of damage. Additional edge or wear protection must be used where the sling may contact sharp edges, rough surfaces, heat sources, abrasive load points, or other damaging conditions.

EWL means Effective Working Length. For an endless round sling, the total circumference is calculated as:

Circumference = 2 × EWL

Example: If the selected sling has an EWL of 3 m (9,84 ft), the approximate sling circumference is 6 m (19,69 ft).

Color Coding & Capacity Identification

Capacity identification is supported by sling color, black stripe marking where applicable, and product label information. The sling label remains the primary source for confirming WLL, length, manufacturer data, and traceability. Black stripe marking supports capacity identification up to 10,000 kg (22.046 lbs) where applicable.

Inspection, Storage & Handling
