Storage & Maintenance

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Improper use of lifting slings may result in property damage, severe injury, or death. This equipment must be used only by qualified and trained personnel who have completed certified rigging training.
Pre-Use Inspection Requirements: Inspect for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, chemical damage, and label legibility before each lift. If any damage is found or the blue label is illegible, remove the sling from service immediately.
Periodic Inspection: Per EN 1492-2 requirements, a competent person must conduct formal periodic inspections. Inspection intervals depend on usage frequency and operating conditions—typically every 6-12 months.
Prohibited Uses: These slings are NOT designed for: lifting persons, molten metal, acids, glass sheets, nuclear materials, or where special hazardous conditions apply.
Never exceed the Working Load Limit (WLL). The 7:1 safety factor is a design parameter and does not permit intentional overloading.
